Enrollment Agreement

Attendance & Makeup Policy

Please arrive on time and attend all scheduled classes. If your child must miss a class, notify us at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Missed classes may be made up in a comparable session subject to availability, and makeups must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed class. No-shows and classes cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are generally not eligible for a makeup or credit. Prepaze Academy will offer a makeup or credit for any class we cancel.

Allergies & Medical Information

You agree to disclose in writing any allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or accommodations relevant to your child's participation before classes begin, and to keep this information current. While we take reasonable care, Prepaze Academy cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. You authorize staff to seek emergency medical care if needed, and you are responsible for providing any required medication and instructions.

Class Behavior & Decorum

Students are expected to treat instructors, peers, and property with respect, follow instructor directions, and contribute to a safe, focused learning environment. Disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or harassing behavior may result in a warning, a required parent conference, suspension, or removal from the program. Bullying and discrimination of any kind are not tolerated. Fees are not refunded for time missed due to behavior-related removal.

Homework & Coursework

Learning depends on practice between sessions. Students are expected to complete assigned homework and Unik platform work on time and to come prepared. Instructors will communicate expectations; parents agree to support a consistent study routine at home. Progress reports reflect completed work, and repeated incomplete work may affect pacing and outcomes.

Academic Integrity

All work submitted must be the student's own. Cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized use of answer keys or AI tools where prohibited, and misrepresenting others' work as one's own are violations of academic integrity. Confirmed violations may result in loss of credit for the work, a parent conference, and — for repeated or serious cases — removal from the program without refund.

Course Materials & Digital Access

All course materials — including printed books and workbooks, Ace Academic Publishing titles, answer keys, handouts, and content on the Unik learning platform — are the intellectual property of Prepaze Academy or its licensors and are licensed to the enrolled student for personal, non-commercial use only. Printed books provided with quarterly or annual plans are part of your enrollment; you agree not to photocopy, scan, reproduce, resell, or distribute them. Digital materials and Unik access are licensed to the enrolled student alone: you agree not to download (except where a resource is expressly marked downloadable), copy, screen-record, share login credentials, publish, or redistribute them in any form. Materials may carry a watermark with your account details, and access may be suspended for misuse. Except for printed books you have already received, this license ends when your enrollment ends.

Payment Methods & Billing

Tuition is billed according to the plan you select at checkout. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled; quarterly and annual plans are prepaid for the term. A 3% surcharge applies to credit-card payments; you can avoid it by paying via ACH, Zelle, or cash where offered. A one-time Registration Fee and Assessment Fee apply to monthly enrollments and are waived on quarterly and annual plans, a second sibling, and a second course. You authorize Prepaze Academy to charge your selected payment method for tuition and applicable fees. Failed or declined payments may pause enrollment until resolved.

Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refunds

You may cancel a monthly plan at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period (monthly plans hold one month as a deposit applied to your notice period). If you withdraw before classes start, you receive a full refund of everything paid. If you withdraw after classes start on a prepaid plan, we recalculate at the standard monthly rate for months used, add back the registration and assessment fees and any sibling discount, and refund the remainder. Registration and assessment fees are otherwise non-refundable once classes begin. Tutoring programs (hourly and bulk/package tutoring) are non-refundable; unused tutoring hours are held as account credit toward future sessions rather than returned as cash, and any missed session may be rescheduled as a makeup class, subject to availability.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Because our refund and cancellation policy is disclosed and accepted at checkout, please raise any billing concern with us directly first so we can resolve it. If you initiate a card dispute or chargeback for a charge that is valid under this agreement and our refund policy, filing that dispute does not cancel your enrollment or waive any amounts you owe. If a dispute reverses funds while you still owe tuition or fees for services already provided or committed, Prepaze Academy will invoice you separately for the outstanding balance, and that balance remains due and payable.

Parent Communication

You agree to receive service messages about scheduling, billing, progress, and program updates by email, phone, or text at the contact details you provide. We ask that parent–instructor communication remain respectful and go through official Prepaze Academy channels. Please keep your contact information and your child's school and grade details up to date so we can reach you and place your child appropriately.

Media & Liability

Occasionally we may photograph or record classes for educational or promotional use; you may opt out in writing at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participation is at your own risk and Prepaze Academy's liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which your enrolled center operates (or North Carolina for online enrollments).

A one-time $125 Enrollment & Assessment fee applies to monthly plans. It's waived on quarterly & annual plans, bulk tutoring packs, a 2nd sibling, or a 2nd course.
