This course focuses on learning how to count with number patterns, extending addition and subtraction skills, learning new measurement units, and classifying 2 dimensional and 3-dimensional shapes.

What you'll learn

Unit 1 - Add and subtract values up until 20, and learn how to form equations and fact families.

Unit 2 - Learn how to distinguish between even and odd numbers.

Unit 3 - Understand various addition and subtraction number patterns, and use them to develop skip-counting skills.

Unit 4 - Learn how to add and subtract multi-digit numbers.

Unit 5 - Develop fluency with measurement devices like a ruler, and understand the difference between measurement units.

Unit 6 - Learn how to tell time to the nearest 5 minutes using analog and digital clocks.

Unit 7 - Solve word problems using dollar bills and all different types of coins, using $ and ¢ when necessary.

Unit 8 - Learn how to use bar graphs, line graphs, and picture graphs to represent various sets of data.

Unit 9 - Learn how to geometrically differentiate between different 2 and 3-dimensional shapes.

Unit 10 - Learn how to divide shapes into 2, 3, and 4 equal parts
